Recently moved to a new Windows VM. Upgraded Switch to the latest 25.11 with Griffin Auto to the latest.
When launching Switch cleanly everything is fine. After a period of time these errors occur. The apps also have the little red icon on them.
Error in launching griffin: Griffin app initialization failed - Please check the license.
Running GriffinAuto from the command line using the key is fine.
The log folder is empty: C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Enfocus\Switch Server\ScriptData\com.tilia.griffin.app\log No files exist here.
After running for a period of time I keep receiving these errors. Restarting switch resolves the issue but that isnt a great solution.
Griffin App Connection Issues
Re: Griffin App Connection Issues
Hi Jason,
I got the same errors on Switch 25.11 with GriffinAuto 25.7.
The deprecated app V4 works still fine.
Rolling.log path has moved: C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Tilia Labs\Griffin Auto\log
But the log shows no license errors; I suspect the new app is not connecting to Griffin Auto.
Hope Enfocus Support will find a solution.

Re: Griffin App Connection Issues
Can you check your Switch logs to see if it starts to fail if switch tries to start Griffin twice at the same time?
Each occurrence of when it stops working for me has two different flows trying to start Griffin Auto at the same time.
Might be total coincidence or another issue at play.
Once you restart does it start operating fine again?
