Fine Text on Dark Background

Hi Forum
Hope you can guide me
We have PDFs with heavy Ink coverage 280% - 320%, plus it prints on a 120gsm Paper
On top of that we some small text around 9pt but the Font is fine to start with
Basically I'm looking for PreFlighting that can check for Fine text on top of Heavy Ink?
