logo and tekst in griffin

My client send me a file with tekst and a logo that the want to cut-out. They made a Cutline in the file. Bc its al loose letters i want to nest them freely onty my material, but when i load the file into griffin and use the mapping tool to define the thru-cut it take only part of the logo and not the letters.
