Files sent from Switch not showing up in the HP DFE

I have a Switch workflow that sends PDF files to a hot fold on my HP Indigo DFE. I did a recent run of over 1,000 files through that workflow, and 150 of the files went into the hot folder but never showed up in the DFE. There were no errors in Switch and nothing in the problem folder. Is there a way to know for sure that Switch moved the files to the hot folder? I am trying to figure out if Switch is the problem or is it DFE. Any advise or help is appreciated.
