Review Server Issues?

We received multiple timeout errors when uploading a file to review yesterday, and today a customer has emailed saying they are being asked to login when reviewing a proof. Anyone else experiencing issues?

did you ever get any help with this? I'm currently having the same issue of the PDF Review Module timing out & Switch sporadically being unable to access the site.
