Moving Files

I think this is a very dumb question, apologies
When a file is dragged onto the flow can I record the original location of that file for example

I drag a file from c:\temp\
Called "Old file1.pdf "

Is it possible to return the new file to c:\temp
called "New file2.pdf"

You can do this with the Hierarchy components.

Or by adding a particular variable (Path) to the Attach email addresses when the job first hits the flow.
