Rename folder with data given in submit point

Post by BartDenolf »

Hello,

I'm new with submit point's, but I don't seem to find how I can rename a folder with the answers given to questions given at the submit point.

The user has to answer some questions when submitting the files. I want to rename the files/folders with the answers given. How is that done?

Thx

Use the Rename tool with the metadata from the Submit point.

But how do I get the metadata from the submit point to use in the rename tool? Is it stored in the private data?

Thx

Do you have the Metadata module?

At this moment we haven't bought the metadata module.

You need that to be able to pick up the metadata from the submit-point.

I tell my customers that they must have the Metadata module, Switch is so much more usable and powerful if you have the Metadata module.
