Persistent error: "Cannot receive submitted job: invalid data"

All of my flows have been deactivated and it's still blasting these out into messages. Any idea what it could be?

Apparently this is normal behavior for the Switch Client if a file goes into a submit point that has no outbound connection or is removed before the job routes out.

Outdated versions of the Switch Client seemed to be generating this issue. We managed to fix this issue by making sure the Switch Client was up to date.
