Clicking on PitStop Inspector will crash Adobe Acrobat DC

I'm running Mac OS X 10.11.6 and I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2015.020.20039 with PitStop Pro 13 and as soon as I try to open PitStop Inspector either via a keyboard command or by clicking on the icon Adobe Acrobat will crash.
I have tried to uninstall PitStop and reinstall it again, uninstall PitStop and Acrobat, reboot, re-install Acrobat and PitStop, but still no luck.
Any folders left from the uninstall were manually removed before rebooting.
I also tried to see if there was any updates available for download, but I seem to have forgotten my password and when I tried to reset it there was an error and now the site is down for maintenance...
I've attached the crash from from Adobe Acrobat if that's of any use to someone.
