I can not create an output folder with the input file name or a character string in the file name.

Do I understand correctly that you want to put each incoming file in a folder with the same name as the input file?

If so, then you can use the "Assemble Job" tool to do this. You have to set it up like this:`
Scheme: "Arbitrary Files"
Every N Jobs: 1
Every N minutes: 0
After N minutes: 0
Job folder name: Choose the "Single line text with variables" and then put in [Job.Name]
