I feel like I may have asked this before but how do you guys deal with Switch or a particular Flow being offline or stalled?

Ideally i'd like to notify users at the point of inception whether that be a dropped file into a hot folder, or when the user emails.

How can I warn or inform that something isn't right? (Automatically)

Did you look at preferences and set specific alerts ? Won't course obviously if Switch is the issue but still useful if it's something inside the flow.

It would be nice if we could implement something a bit more comprehensive that is viewable externally.
