GMG ColorServer, anyone?

I'm trying to create a flow using GMG ColorServer but I'm only getting Messages like:

Create job failed with the status code 400
or
Create job failed with the status code 500

Does anyone know what these errors mean?

Update: We have located the source of the problem and the swedish retailer has contacted GMG regarding this issue.
It seems that if your Normalization and you Conversion settings has the same name you get this error. Also if your Normalization and your PDF settings have the same name you will also get this error, so we decided to add N, C and P as prefixes for the different settings and that seems to have solved the problem.

Off topic :

Is there a particular reason you are running the GMG ColorServer as the paid configurator in Switch over simply utilising hot folders?

I couldn't find any extra benefit to justify the cost.

@TheCaptain,

Are you talking about the configurator module costs ?

When I contacted GMG for the configurator there was a cost involved.

We have the GMG ColorServer, but to integrate with Switch meant the (paid for) configurator.

That's correct no?

We purchased GMG ColorServer and we got the configurator for Switch included in the price.
I don't know if we had to pay extra for the configurator or not.

Oh ok, last time a client asked for GMG, we used the generic application configurator.

I've looked back at my records and it is actually the 'integration module' on the ColorServer side that is a priced option.

You've done well to have that packaged together!
