Is there a way to evenly distribute jobs over two folders, no mater what the content is? So job 1 go's to folder A, job 2 to folder B, job 3 to folder A, job 4 to folder B, job 5 to folder A,...

The Hold job element does this.
Connect it to your out folders and select Cyclic from the properties.
