Using Switch 2018 and the Acrobat Pro configurator, "save As" a PDF to PowerPoint is only available via java scripting. I need assistance writing the script. I am not a JavaScript person.

You could buy the AutoBatch Plugin from Evermap https://www.evermap.com/AutoBatch.asp. It will let you save an action from Acrobat as at Batch-file, which you can then use in Switch with Execute Command Tool. No scripting required.
