Bold text within Enfocus program after upgrade?

I recently upgraded the OS on my Mac to Mojave (10.14) and am running Pitstop Pro 18 within Acrobat DC.
The font within the program and shown in the Action Lists and Inspector seems a little bolder - I have re-installed Acrobat and Pitstop and cleared font caches on the Mac and still appears the same - anyone else experienced this within Pitstop Pro?
