Well that was weird... That link was where the Enfocus page sent me on Tuesday afternoon.
-- Went to the support page, at the bottom there is a link to download old product installer. Clicked on it.
-- Was redirected to the EnfocusID login page.
-- Clicked on the link to create a new Enfocus ID, filled it out, submitted the form.
-- I was told I was successful and immediately redirected me to
https://accept-www.enfocus.com/en/suppo ... installers
-- Clicked around there and got redirected to the useless generic page on every download link.
-- Came here and posted.
-- Next morning (Wednesday) came back to see your reply.
-- Went back to the support page, clicked on the old product installer link, was redirected to the EnfocusID login page.
-- Tried to log in using the username and password I create yesterday, failed repeatedly.
-- Went to the email I used and found the Tuesday afternoon confirmation of my creation of the Enfocus ID.
-- Went back and tried to log in a few more times
-- Clicked on create enfocus ID, filled out the form with the same username, same password, and same other data.
-- This time I was redirected to
https://www.enfocus.com/en/support/down ... installers
-- I've downloaded my installer so I'm all good.
-- I checked and I did not get a second email confirming the second (Wednesday) signup.
-- The username and password I created both Tuesday and Wednesday have worked ever since, and now I always get sent to
https://www.enfocus.com/en/support/down ... installers
I still have the tab open with the other link, and the other interesting thing is that PitStop12 is at the top of that page, while the real download page has all of that versions later than PitStop12 on it.
So something was temporarily screwed up with the website links on Tuesday afternoon. The timestamp on my signup email is Tue, 23 Jul 2019 14:52:00 -0700 (PDT) if anyone cares.
