Hello, how do you create a Preflight Profile?

I have just taken over a PitStop Server and need to change the Preflight Profile.
Current profile is apparently too stringent, but I am unable to edit the profile using PitStop Server, so I thought creating a new one would be better.

How come you can't edit the old preflight profile? Is it password protected?
There are plenty of preflight profiles shipped with PitStop Server that you can edit the way you want, or you can go to Ghent Workgroup and download one of their preflight profiles. www.gwg.org

In the PitStop Server UI go to the menu Window - Preflight. This will bring up the Preflight Profile Panel. At the top right of the window is a button with a gear icon and a small downward arrow. If you click that a menu opens where you can create and edit Preflight Profiles.
