double sided banner action

Im working on a action that can make double sided banners with extra tunnels on top and bottom that we need to print. first if you open the file you get the image
, then i need to copy the image, mirror the copy horizontal and vertical and place them on the top and bottom of my page.
. then with extra lines and adjust the media and trimbox so we no where to cut the banner and make the extra tunnel.
I got somethings alraidy done in my action but can not get the part at the bottom. mayby somebody can help me with this
