I just upgraded to the Fall Edition and I'm trying to figure out how to view the Private data on the job boards, but I can't get it to work.
Could anyone please explain how to do it?

Click on PDF- Dialogue box comes up Switch Off Auto Refresh to see more data.
Do that click PDF again up comes the Data Box.

Works here for me anyway.
Do you have the reporting Module btw?

No, we don't have the reporting module.
I guess that's why I can't get it to work.

The reporting module isn't required for this functionality, we don't have it and it works on our servers.

You just need to make sure Autorefresh on the bottom of the board is turned off when you click on a job

I've tried everything, but I still can't get it to work...
I even added a checkpoint to the job board, but when I click on a job nothing happens...

Make it fool proof and I'll turn out to be a bigger fool than you anticipated...

Lasse, it might just be because your browser is blocking pop-up windows.

Well, it sounds like a plausible explanation, but now that I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari without success I'm starting to wonder...
I allowed popups in all browsers except for Safari, added the URL to trusted sites under Popups and still nothing...

Shorter version -
Web Portal > Boards > Manage > New Job Board

Select Flows > Select All > Apply

Select All > Save

Auto Refresh (page bottom) > OFF

You should see active jobs in a column, click one to see Private Data (if it has any)

That is roughly how I've done it, but I will give another try when I come home from my vacation in the Philippines in three weeks.
