PitStop disappearing from Acrobat DC

Hi,

We are having an issue with PitStop Pro.
It seems it keeps disappearing from Acrobat at random intervals.
We have to run the installer to make it reappear.

Does it happen to anyone else?
Is Enfocus aware of this issue?

The issue happened a couple times on a Windows machine:
Acrobat DC Pro 2021.001.20138
PitStop Pro 20 Build 1122552
Windows 10 Pro 19042.804

The issue happened only once on one of our old iMac.
I don't have the info for this one though.

Thanks!

Sounds a little weird. You should probably contact our support about this one.

We have the same problem . . . last time (maybe 6 weeks ago or so), with Acrobat closed and a fresh reboot, I opened Distiller instead. After Distiller opened, I was able to open Acrobat with the expected PitStop plug-in, and I haven't had the problem since.

Are both of you on Acrobat 2021 on Windows?

We had this issue and Acrobat was automatically updating.

I had a colleague who "lost" his PitStop tools after an update (Mac OS).
If he used the shortcut in the dock to start his Adobe Acrobat all PitStop tools were gone, but after I went to the Programs folder on his Mac and started Adobe Acrobat from inside it's folder all of the tools magically reappeared.

We have experienced this often. It happens when the user logs out of their Adobe account within Acrobat. They have to relog in, then restart Acrobat.
I assume it's because if you are not logged in you don't get pro features and plugins must be a pro feature.
