Preflight report - now unable to view what page it's on

Hello,
Before I was able to create a preflight report, then once it goes through to the PDF review module it displays a drop down e,g 'page 1', with the particular preflight report error, then a button to highlight where the offending object is.
However the last part of that - the button to highlight where the object is, is no longer there.
I can confirm my connections 'data with log', and 'PDF' for report type is correct as per the documentation.
I've attached an image with what we see. Am I missing something?
