Switch/Pitstop Server Automation
I have been getting this Error Message lately: Number of pages is not equal to 0. This error results in my Switch Automated workflow repeatedly trying to perform the preflighting task over and over again--thousands of times--and causes my server to run of memory. This past weekend, it repeated this process close to 15,000 times. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

You need to start by looking at your preflight profile.

This is a check in your profile (see below), but zero is a weird number to have, it's definitely not the default.

If this was working correctly before, my best guess is that you get the value for this check from a variable, and that is broken in some way.
So it's not adding a value, hence the zero value.

If you look at the profile you may get some idea of the issue. From the report you have posted it looks like you may have a similar problem with the Trim Box size check!
