Hello! Is it possible to setup a flow that will send an email if Inject job fails (when file is missing in the repository), without using the Problem jobs-folder?

have you tried the new Inject Wildcard app instead: https://www.enfocus.com/en/appstore/pro ... t-wildcard
or older Inject Lite to assert if file exists before trying to inject: https://www.enfocus.com/en/appstore/product/inject-lite

Both of those have error connections you could use to trigger sending e-mail.
