Scaling with self-defined anchor

Hello,
I would like to scale the page content only in the horizontal. In doing so, I would like to be able to specify the 0 position on the X axis myself, for example the left or right edge of the artbox frame or the trimbox frame.
Although it is possible to determine the anchor in the "Scale selection" action, this is determined by the overall selection of the scaled elements. If masked objects are outside the trimbox frame, the visible page area shifts arbitrarily.
How can I perform scaling with a self-defined anchor?
The action "Scale page content to fit" knows the option "Use only visible part of content". How can I connect this option with the action "Scale selection"?

so it should be (manually composed)...

I would be grateful for your suggestions.
