User experience to fix files

What have you done to create a user friendly experience when files fail in a Switch flow? We're looking for something more than just a email to the user indicating that their file is no good. :)

With PDF Review you can send them the Preflight report PDF that shows what's wrong with the file.

Another way is to from the XML-report make a nice looking email that give them the information on what's wrong.
