I have a flow that uses a folder submission as input - some files may go to a checkpoint to be reviewed and we want to restrict who can see these files in the checkpoint. I have created users and groups and assigned them to the check point but files I process don't show up when I login using the new group that have permissions to the checkpoint. Is this possible with a folder input or do I have to use a submit point for this to work?

Just wondering if you managed to get any joy on fixing this?

I am also looking for a way to add a specific user to fix files that are sent to a folder that arrive at a checkpoint for 1/2 or 3 individual users to see.
I can get it that they can see all jobs if I give them Administrator rights but ideally I can attach the user information to the files flowing through and then I can change the users back to "Own Jobs"

Any help would be great

I ended up assigning individuals with permissions to the Checkpoint.
