problem with scaled images

Post by Robbie »

I get PDF files from my customers that seem ok, but when i drop them in one of my workflows it does not gome out correct. Looks like the image is scaled inside acrobat.
Im using a workflow that makes a white space round the image of 3 cm and puts points. But now i get a white space round the image that is to big (round 30 cm). I need to place the PDF in indesign again and create a new PDF file.
How can i change ore check this inside pitstop without making a new PDF file

I would check the file to see if the file has a Page scaling factor applied.

And if it has, then run the action to apply page scaling before running your own action.

And just to be sure.
You are looking at the defined values?

Try running the "Apply Page Scaling Factor" action, before runing you own action list.
It is supplied by the standard installation.
