Error in connect all

Hello
Customer wanted to use our connector.
He has download the connector and gets the connector error Connection timed out.

What is the problem???

Hi doevebe,
Without any additional information, it will be difficult to establish a diagnosis.

A time-out means that the connection to "something" does not respond after a certain time.
With connect all, several connections are made: To check the version of connect all, or to drop the file once the check is done.

Once the connection is determined you can investigate further, by testing it manually from your home (local) or from an external station (a 4G connection is sufficient).

If everything works, the connection problem certainly comes from your customer.
