This may be the wrong forum for this but in the absence of a phone number and email address for support, I'm posting here in desperation. I'm trying to create a new support case but when I go to support pages I get a message saying 'Looks like you don’t have access to create a case. Ask your community manager for access.'
What is a community manager and how do I contact them? Can anyone help?
