I need to send the PDF Review to the email of 3 people.
Would it be possible to identify who approved the work, without the person writing a comment ?
For example, identify who approved by their email address ?
Is this information avaliable in any metadata ?

The PDF Review Module does not have a user management layer on purpose because it adds a lot of overhead for the users and for the managers. The downside is that you do not know who clicked on the link.
