Combine 2 PDF

I would like to combine PDF 1( template) and PDF 2 ( artwork). Assign PDF 2 artwork to specific layer on PDF 1, centered. Do I use PDF overlay?

Yes. If you have PitStop Server you can use the Overlay PDF app. If you have PitStop Pro use the Action "Overlay PDF" followed by "Select last added objects" and "Add objects to layer with name".
