Hi Everyone
i'm trying to connect Switch ( 2021Fall ) with AD for user login on the webportal
Switch doesn't seem to understand the groups in my AD > it doesn't recognize the users inside the groups
I'm able to link to the user folder in AD > it works...
but not the groups folder ( Yes it import the group name... but empty )
Does Switch able to get the users into my AD groups ?
..
Second question
Can i link switch to two AD... i've got users from two different AD
Is there a way to write path to LDAP... including two different path

documents that it is possible to import users from a group. If that does not work in your case, you may want to submit a support case for that.

You can only define one Active Directory in the Switch Preferences. Based on a web search it seems there are ways of linking one AD to another one, so perhaps that is a way out for you.

It work by entering the root of the DC... containing both domain
It's just very long to switch retrieve the users
But it works
