How to add translations to scripts

Hello,
I'm writing some scripts with SwitchScriptTool (NodeJS)
I'm wondering how can I add language translations on arguments in flow element properties and descriptions
I have tried with the SwitchScripter App on Edit>Localization but it's not clickable
any help would be appreciated
