My Client made a document with 50 pages but the made a error with the cut-contour. Its not a line (path) but a fill stroke. If i convert it to outline i will get 2 lines (path) is there a way to convert it to a single path line?

Hi Robbie, I solved a similar issue a few months ago, but in our files the paths was always connecting (like circles or squares, not single lines). I tried to run the Action on your file but since the lines aren't connecting I can't get it to work. I'll send you the action anyway.

In our case the original AI files was correct, but when export as PDF/X-4 the path was converted to an object with fill instead of stroke. If we changed any path attribute (back and forth) in Illustrator the issue was gone. But since we had over 200 files with the same issue we solved it with the Pitstop Action instead.

There is no way to split/cut the path like in illustrator(knife/sissers), bc i can not select just one line and delete it....
