Not able to create Portal dashboards [solved]

Hi, I would like to create a Portal dashboard showing statistics of pages, copies, size, press over time to see if it's possible to get an overview of our job load and press output. Most of our print jobs are processed by Switch.
I've created my boards but I can't seem to create a dashboard. I'm trying to follow the steps in the documentation, but I can't see the option to create a dashboard. The documentation says "If the dashboard setttings are not shown, you can make them visible by clicking the gear wheel button" but when I click the gear wheel button I can't see anything about dashboards.
