Decompress 7zip folders

Hello,
I am working with Switch 2019 and I'm in need to find a way to decompress folders from 7zip since some clients send me folders in this format.
I've seen that there are tools like "Run Command" and "Execute Command", unfortunately they aren't on my version of Switch and the guy who activated switch left the company and now nobody knows the account he used to activate it. Does somebody know how to make this work in my version of Switch ?
Even a tool to make a batch file run would be fine, I just can't understand how to make it work.
