Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to increase the size of the thumbnail in the Alert window when viewing the Process or Info view from the web portal?
Or reposition it so that it is in the main window and not off to the side?
If this is not possible them maybe Enfocus could add this to the feature requests.

Use case:
I am pulling the preflight warnings into the checkpoint metadata fields. With a bigger thumbnail, a lot of issues could be seen on the alert, saving time opening the pdf to view them. There is generally a lot of unused screen real estate in the alert windows. In some checkpoints I am delivering a job docket. Again this information would be seen on a larger thumbnail without the need to open the pdf.

Maybe add support to generate base64 images using checkpoint metadata?

Any thoughts or help greatly appreciated.

I also present preflight info in metadata fields in our Preflight CheckPoint (like this), it eliminates the need for the user to View Report most of the cases. Could you please post at sketch how you would like the presentation to look like?
