SFTS vs. SFTP Protocol for FTP Receive

Post by matt.baile »

I have an ftp recieve element in a flow attempting to connect to a site using the sftp protocol with password authentication via port 22. We have many sftp receives set-up, but all use a server address beginning with sftp.xxxx.com which work fine. I know have one that begins sfts.xxxx.com and I only get a message o "Unable to connect". I've tried the IP of the server as well, but same error. Is this sfts a different protocol that SWITCH does not work with?

The FTP receive element supports the FTPS and SFTP protocols next to the regular FTP protocol. I am not aware of an SFTS protocol. You will have to find out a bit more about the setup of that file transfer server before I can say anything about it.
