Hello everyone:
I am a beginner in Enfocus Switch and have been working on a workaround for 2 days to achieve the desired result. Unfortunately without success.
Maybe someone already knows this problem and can give me a tip? I would be very grateful!
So I have the following folder structure:
HOTFOLDER (known)
- GAMMA_EXPORT_2023 (folder)
- - XLS_KA (folder)
- - SITO_KA (folder)
- XLS__DE.pdf
- XLS__FR.pdf
- XLS__EN.pdf
- SITO__DE.pdf
- SITO__FR.pdf
- SITO__EN.pdf
What I am trying to do:
HOTFOLDER (known)
- GAMMA_EXPORT_2023 (folder)
- - XLS_KA (folder)
- - - XLS__DE.pdf
- - - XLS__FR.pdf
- - - XLS__EN.pdf
- - SITO_KA (folder)
- - - SITO__DE.pdf
- - - SITO__FR.pdf
- - - SITO__EN.pdf
OUTPUTFOLDER (known)
- GAMMA_EXPORT_2023 (Folder)
If you need more information or sample files then please get in touch. Thanks a lot!

Re: Move files by named-pattern into specified folder
Hi, and thank you for your message! I didn't find any solution or a hint - on the link you gave me - to solve this task. Anyway, thx.
Re: Move files by named-pattern into specified folder
Use the folder GAMMA_EXPORT_2023 as your Archive hierarchy. In the flow before archiving use the "Set hierarchy path" and define "Path segment 1" as this single line text with variable: [Job.NameProper:Before="_"]_KA
