PitStop Pro 23.0.1.0 - Action List Visualizer "step by step" doesn't always work

Hello,
We've recently updated to PitStop Pro 2023 (23.0.1.0) on Acrobat Pro (2023.006.20360) and have been experiencing some issues with the step-by-step function on the Action List Visualizer.
Simply running an action from the Action Lists panel or the Action List Visualizer (when creating/editing an Action) works fine.
But going through the action with the Step function has mixed results.
Some actions (or steps, if you will) work as expected, showing the changes as they happen (e.g. changing a color). Others show no change, and even after going through all the steps in the action there's no result (e.g. rotating a page, adding text).
We've tried applying the Hotfix mentioned on this know issues topic and also downgrading Acrobat to version 2022.002.20191, but neither has solved the problem.
Is anyone else having this issue?
