Hi

Several users reported it and we are looking at it.

If possible, I invite you to restore a previous version of Acrobat. If not, you may want to contact Adobe Care to get instructions for downgrading Acrobat.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Yes all the users at the shop I work at were effected with this issue. The one computer that wasn't updated, the previous version of Acrobat was copied to our server and then we replaced in on everyones hard drive overwriting the newest version of Acrobat and we are back up again. We just copied the application. All the settings held and Pitstop actions were retained on a per user basis so all's good.

i got it with the help off adobe helpdesk. They send me this link..
https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/acrobat/kb/a ... -messaging
You need to uninstall acrobat first and then reinstall the V10.14 (mac) not the 10.15 (thats the latest wrong version)

1) Deactivate your current Pitstop license and export the file
2) Uninstall Adobe Acrobat Pro
3) Link to Acrobat installers, download the v10.14 version
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acro ... loads.html
4) Once installed go to preferences, updater, and turn off Automatically Install Updates.
5) Link to update patch AcrobatDCUpd2300620380.dmg for version 2023.006.20380.
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrob ... wentythree
6) Install Pitstop Pro, activate license, browse to previously exported license file.

Hey all,

I recently found a fix for this but it would involve getting a bit more technical.

What my team did was right click on the Adobe Acrobat app, then choose "Show package contents". From there we went into "Contents>macOS>" the file we're looking for is info.plist.

Inside that file we should see a few listings of the "Adobe Version" (ours was 2023.008.xxxx, don't remember the x's). We replaced every instance of 2023.008 with 2023.005, and that should allow you to then install the 2023.006.xxxx update without a problem.

Once we installed that 2023.006 adobe update we no longer had that "blank screen" issue, even when using the newest version of Enfocus PitStop Pro.

I hope this helps!
