Is there a Preflight profile that I can set up to check a pdf for any screens that are built in CMYK below a certain percentage? We have had some issues with pdf's printing on an old web press at really low CMYK percentages and not holding that color. For instance, the job that we recently had issues with had a background built at C- 2.4%, M - 1.4%, Y - .6%, K - 1.5%. The customer did like not the final print because the background was hard to see.

You could use the "Check ink coverage (basic object check) to detect such cases:

I could have also mentioned that you can use the "Select color by range" where you can define ranges per channel, this offering possibly even more flexibility.
