4 Color Text Preflight & Fix Solutions

Hello All,
A new customer has been sending in 300-400 page text files and a few are with CMYK and/or RGB text segments.
As Im sure we all know on a wide web press, the outer most pages are difficult to keep 4C/RGB registration of small text sharp.
I am looking for a Preflight and report to detect 4C CMYK and/or RGB Black Text.
Then a way to convert it to 100 K. (Action or preflight and action).

I started with:
Select Text Segments
Gather color information
Check RGB Color is not used for Text and line art
Check CMYK Color is not used for Text and line art

Can I do this in a preflight?

Just a quick question. By using "Select black and white objects" as opposed to "Select text segments", is that so all small lines or objects are converted as well? I was wondering if larger lines using Rich Blacks would be converted to all Black?

I think the reason is if a text segment is supposed to be a color, it wouldn't be affected.

You can use AND to select only text segments AND select black and white objects.
