moving object depending on lenght of other object

Is it possible when i have 2 object to move 1 next to the other depending on the lenght off 1 one..
So lets say i have 1 tekst element that changes lenght every time and there needs to be a image next to it.
I can set the possitions of both off them but when i have a long line off text the image will be put on top off the tekst and not beside it..

i understand what there telleng there but don't know where to put it in my flow. we are putting a tekst line and a thumb in de seem of the banner. Now i got the tekst on the "top left" side and the thumb on the "top right" side.. But i like to put them together on one side (top left) first the thumbnail and 1cm next to the thumbnail the tekst. But the lengt of the thumbnail varies with the size off the banner..
