Transparency Blending Space Not Converting

Hello Everyone!
We are wondering why the transparency blending space isn't getting converted to CMYK by our preflight when the rest of the RGB colors are. This is the reason sometimes the colors don't appear correct in the PDF until we open the Output Preview. See the below Dropbox folder for an example spread and preflight. A screenshot of the transparency blend space notification is included as well!
