Color Edits in PitStop

Recently I had to make some color edits to some supplied PDF's that we were printing with. A simple Curve and a Contrast/Brightness correction was applied using PitStop. On the majority of the pages the global corrections were what was needed. There were a few pages that required some further corrections to the images but were not global changes. So my thought would be to go back to the original image, export and in Photoshop, apply the same color adjustments I made in PitStop. As I mentioned these were very simple edits but the results from PitStop and Photoshop were drastically different. I have determined that what caused it to be so different was was the Contrast/Brightness (+10/+10). Unlike Photoshop, PitStop removed everything below 10% where as Photoshop adjusted the values relative to the percentages. Has anyone else come across this or know if there is a preference that can be set to make the changes in PitStop to match Photoshop?
