Most stable Illustrator version for Switch

We are planning to update our illustrator version to something newer. Currenty we are running 24.2.1, which is really old, but it almost never crashes or causes any issues.

The constant issue with illustrator is that all of the versions have some kind of bugs that crash the program, making work with it on a server not as stable as one could wish.

Maybe someone can chime in on this and share their experiences on using some of the newer versions of illustrator(with custom scripts) with Switch?

We were in the same boat and are now using 27.5.0, no issues, but haven't gone past that.
