Hi I need some help on a flow.
I've created a hot folder where images can be placed, the image than goes true a couple of photoshop actions and get different filenames. This all works in the flow in attachment. The files get placed in a certain folder structure base on the original filename. and the original files get's placed in the main folder.
So the folder structure would be:
FILENAME
SUBFOLDER 1
file photoshop action 1
file photoshop action 2
file photoshop action 3
SUBFOLDER 2
original file
But SUBFOLDER 2 should be empty. But the flow I made puts the original file also in this folder.
Is there a workaround to change this?
The flow with folder 68 is the flow that makes the new "SUBFOLDER 2"
Make folder empty
Re: Make folder empty
I started using this app: https://www.enfocus.com/en/appstore/pro ... job-folder. Create Job Folders.
You can set up the folder creation from one process and then place the output based on he Job output line. If I follow you correctly you are looking at 3 one folder with two subfolders and want to put the files in their respective location.
Example: Parent Folder is set in the app.
Inside the parent is this folder structure:
FILENAME
- Child SUBFOLDER
- Child SUBFOLDER 2
Each tab represents a child folder from it's parent folder. You set the Job output line to where you want the file being placed, eg if you want a file to be placed in the Subfolder 1, you'd select 2, which is the second folder in the structure. For the original file, you'd select 1, which would place into the FILENAME folder., using 0 would place it in the parent directly these folders are being created in and so on.
I use this app more than the hierarchy and archive hierarchy since it's all set in one app now. Hopefully you'll have some success.

Re: Make folder empty
If your original file is routed from folder 27 to the Output hierarchy just put a Set hierarchy path element in there and define the SUBFOLDER 2 to its path and the files will end up there.
