Trying to Point my Grayscale Images to a Uncoated Profile
But even after creating a new .CSF file with a an Uncoated Gracol profile, my Gray still says Working Gracol Coated
Normally our overseas printer converts to either fogra or Gracol uncoated but we need to proof with an uncoated profile for as close as possible simulation. Its probably something obvious

The csf file sets the Color Management but doesn't do the conversion.
Have you set the coversion action?
In the action you can select only gray images and convert to you're black only profile.
