A few Griffin Auto questions

Hi all,
I'm setting up a workflow with Griffin Auto and I have some issues, so I'm wondering if anyone has solved this yet.
1. how do you get by the 100 product limit?
my thought is to count the number of files and perhaps use Assemble Job to keep making batches of 100 or less, then keep submitting those batches?
2. auto crop the layout
I don't think I can have Griffin Auto automatically crop the layout if there is wasted space after the layout is made? At least I can't find it if so.
My guess is I will have to have several instances of the app set for different sheet sizes and try to route the correct number of files to that sheet size
3. adding/duplicating pages
Griffin is able to just add the front to the back for double-sided printing, but it looks like the quantities and separate backs have to be determined elsewhere
I got the 'Duplicate' app which I can use to duplicate files and thus increase to whatever quantity I need, but adding the separate backs automatically looks like it will be difficult.
Is it better to just combine separate backs into a multipage pdf as the second page and then route those to a Griffin app set to receive pdfs that way?
